2019 Bonnaroo Lineup

Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival unleashed its 100-plus-artist lineup for 2019, and it includes a number of country-centric performers, including Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves, John Prine, Ruston Kelly and more. Loretta Lynn's Newest Song

Loretta Lynn- Wouldn't it be Great

More than 15 months after suffering a stroke in May 2017, Loretta Lynn has announced plans to release her new studio album, "Wouldn't It Be Great," on Sept. 28. The album was originally slated to drop in August 2017, but Loretta's recovery rightfully took priority.

"This new record means so much to me, but this last year I had to focus on my health and I decided to hold up the release," said Loretta. "I'm feelin' good and look forward to it comin' out. It was really important to me to be a part of it being released and I'm excited to celebrate with everybody."

All of the tunes on the new 13-song offering were penned or co-penned by Loretta.

The album features new songs alongside newly recorded renditions of past compositions.

The album's title track, which is the last song Loretta wrote for her late husband, Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn

REMEMBER: MOVING AND TEXTING DO NOT WORK

A woman was texting on her cell phone in a mall in China when she learned a valuable lesson: texting and movement of any kind can be disastrous.

The woman, who was caught on video by a security camera at the Beijing mall, was walking fast while texting when she walked right into a very large fountain located in the middle of the mall. The woman never looked up from texting, and she and her phone ended up in the fountain, a hard lesson for her carelessness. Hopefully she learned a lesson about not just walking and texting, but doing any kind of texting when you cannot watch where you are going.

BRETT ELDREDGE FINDS A SNAKE IN THE TOILET

Brett Eldredge had quite the surprise during a trip to the Caribbean recently when he walked into the bathroom first thing in the morning and found a snake in the toilet. In a video Brett posted of the encounter, he said, "I was going to take a leak, start the day. You know, that’s how you start the day. And then I walk in here and what do we have but a beautiful New Year's snake." The video then shows one of Eldredge's friends using a stick to transport the snake out of the toilet.

TWIN PEAKS' TEASER RELEASED BY SHOWTIME

The new teaser for the upcoming “Twin Peaks” introduces creator David Lynch as Gordon Cole, the nearly-deaf FBI superior to protagonist Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLachlan).

A synopsis of the new series calls it “one of the most groundbreaking and influential broadcast series of all time, and goes on to say the series “followed the inhabitants of a quaint northwestern town who were stunned after their homecoming queen Laura Palmer was shockingly murdered. The town's sheriff welcomed the help of FBI agent Dale Cooper, who came to town to investigate the case.

"As Cooper conducted his search for Laura's killer, the town's secrets were gradually exposed. The mystery that ensued set off an eerie chain of events that plunged the inhabitants of Twin Peaks into a darker examination of their very existence. Twenty-five years later, the story continues..."

“Twin Peaks” will premiere on Showtime on an undisclosed date in 2017.

NEWLYWEDS DANCE FIRST DANCE ON HIGHWAY

When Jeff and Rebecca Payne danced their first dance on Route 35 in Dayton, Ohio, it wasn’t anything near as romantic as the first place their eyes met as they were driving in that exact spot.

The couple were on their way to their wedding reception when a wreck closed down the interstate. The couple were disappointed at first but decided to “turn lemons into lemonade” by turning up the car radio and dancing their first dance to Alison Krauss’ “When You Say Nothing At All.” Those around them who realized what was going on joined in the celebration.

DRUNK MAN DIALS 911 FOR A RIDE TO LIQUOR STORE

Something should have told George McMurrain that the phone call he was about to make could get him in trouble. Perhaps he was so drunk that he couldn’t figure it out.

The man, who was exceedingly drunk, dialed 9-1-1 three times, asking for a ride to the liquor store. When he was getting nowhere with his ride, he told the dispatcher that the sheriff had offered to take him for his booze.
