Kewanee Police Arrest and Citation Report 02-27-19 to 02-28-19

At approximately 8:53 Pm on Wednesday night, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of College and Tenney Street. In that stop Kewanee Police cited Shana Black of Kewanee for Failure to Secure a Child in Seat Belt. 

 

At approximately 9:13 Pm Kewanee Police went to an address in the area of Beach and Page Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 21 year old Vincent A Perez of Kewanee on a Henry County warring for Failure to Appear in court on a charge of Burglary and a Du Page County Warrant also for Failure to Appear in Court on a charge of Burglary.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest Report 02-28-19

-On Tuesday, February 26th at 4:45P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on the Hillsdale Blacktop north of Geneseo.  The driver of the vehicle, Samuel Girkin (age 21) of Prophetstown, was issued a notice to appear citation for driving on a suspended drivers license.

 

-On Tuesday, February 26th at 7:26P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 305 Main St. in Opheim, IL. and arrested Chance Lawson (age 21) of Opheim on a Rock Island County arrest warrant for a petition to revoke on the original charge of possession of methamphetamine.  Chance was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Wednesday, February 27th at 11:09A.M. Henry County Courthouse Deputies arrested Jordan Jones (age 37) of Colona on a Henry County civil body attachment warrant.  Jordan was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Wednesday, February 27th at 2:09P.M. Henry County Deputy assisted a motorist on Il. Hwy. 81 near Kewanee.  The motorist, Jose Moran (age 31) of Kewanee, was arrested on a Stark County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of speeding.  He posted bond and was released.

 

-On Wednesday, February 27th at 4:32P.M. Henry County Cambridge Division Deputy went to 208 N. Poplar St. and arrested Lucas Johnson (age 24) on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of violating an order of protection.  He was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Wednesday, February 27th at 9:01P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 406 N. Maple St. in Cleveland, IL. to investigate a domestic disturbance.  After initial investigation Deputies arrested Shawn Rose (age 43) of Cleveland, IL for the charge of domestic battery.  Shawn was taken to the Henry County Jail.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest Report 02-26-19

-On Thursday, February 21st at 11:54A.M. Henry County Courthouse Deputy arrested Alissa Lance (age 27) of Kewanee on a Knox County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of retail theft.  She posted bond and was released.

 

-On Friday, February 22nd at 8:29P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Il. Hwy. 84 in Colona.  The driver of the vehicle, Steven Briske (age 33) of Davenport, IA., was issued notice to appear citation for operating a vehicle with no valid drivers license.

 

-On Friday, February 22nd at 8:53P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on East Oak St. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Michael Huggins (age 38) of Rock Island, was issued a notice to appear citation for driving on a suspended drivers license.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-21-19

-On Tuesday, February 19th at 6:31P.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a single vehicle traffic crash on Midland Rd. south of Kewanee.  Non life-threatening injuries were reported.  The driver of the vehicle, Gerald Wheaton (age 64) of Galva, was issued citations for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to wear seatbelt, and operating an uninsured vehicle.

 

-On Tuesday, February 19th at 7:53P.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a traffic crash involving a passenger vehicle and a train on N1800 Ave. north of Orion.  The driver of the vehicle, Tracy Johnson (age 53), was transported from the scene via ambulance.  She was issued a notice to appear citation for DUI.

Kewanee Police Arrest and Citation Report 02-20-19 to 02-21-19

At approximately 8:07 Am Kewanee Police were called to the scene of an accident in the area of the 400 block of North East Street. At the scene, police found an accident involving Keely M Lockett and Karla M Vega Gonzalez. No injuries in the accident and neither driver was cited. 

 

At approximately 2:41 Pm, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 600 block of East 2nd Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited Candy D Joslin for Expired Registration. 

 

At approximately 7:38 Pm Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 100 Block of West Mill Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police citied 65 year old David Sunquist of Kewanee for having no Valid Driver's License and No Insurance. 

 

At approximately 10:29 Pm Kewanee Police were called to the area of the 100 Block of South Street regarding a Retail Theft. At the scene, Kewanee Police made a pair of arrests. 28 year old Kailey N Piper of Annawan was arrested at the scene on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear on Charges of Aggravated Battery and Reckless Driving. Piper was also charged with Obstruction of Justice. Also arrested at this scene was 34 year old Thomas Fairbrother, arrested on a Henry County Warrant for Failure to Appear on 2 charges of Driving While License was Revoked and a charge of Driving Too Fast for Conditions. Fairbrother was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Both Piper and Fairbrother were unable to post bond and were taken to the Henry County Jail. 

 

At approximately 10:24 Pm Kewanee Police went to the area of the 900 Block of East 3rd Street following a 911 call in which the line was left open. Kewanee Police went to investigate the call and arrested a 16 year old Male for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

At approximately 10:09 Am, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 500 Block of South Main Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 60 year old Michael J Dereu for Illegal Cellphone Use. 

 

At approximately 1:41 Pm, Kewanee Police were called to the scene of a traffic accident in the area of the 300 Block of Tenney Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police cited 75 year old James L Beckner of Kewanee for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. 

 

At approximately 3:35 Pm Kewanee Police were called to the 800 Block of Columbus Avenue regarding a disturbance. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 38 year old Tiffany A Harrison on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Retail Theft. Unable to post bond, Harrison was taken to the Henry County Jail. 

 

At approximately 11:18 Pm Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of 3rd and Lakeview. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 23 year old Cashe D Lyones for having No Valid Drivers License, No Insurance, and Failure to Secure a Child in a Seat Belt. 

 

At approximately 10:09 Am, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 500 Block of South Main Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 60 year old Michael J Dereu for Illegal Cellphone Use.

Kewanee Police Arrests and Citations 02-18-19 to 02-19-19

At approximately 5:38 Pm Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of 300 Block of Tenney Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 25 year old Kirin B Eves of Riverview, Florida for Operating a Vehicle with Expired Registration. 

 

At Approximately 7:45 AM Kewanee Police were called to the area of the 200 Block North East Street to Remove an Unwanted Subject. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 35 year old Rachel D Hernandez of Kewanee on charges of Criminal Trespass, Resisting, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-19-19

-On Thursday, February 14th at 1:39P.M. Henry County Courthouse Deputy arrested Brytteny Rhymes (age 26) of Universtiy Park, IL., on a Stark County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of operating an uninsured vehicle.  She posted bond and was released.

 

-On Friday, February 15th at 8:06A.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a traffic complaint that resulted in a traffic crash.  No injuries were reported.  The driver of one vehicle, Kristopher Specht (age 29) of Annawan, was issued citations for operating a vehicle with a cancelled drivers license and operating an uninsured vehicle.

 

-On Friday, February 15th at 2:43P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on School St. in Atkinson.  The driver of the vehicle, Gary Wunderlich (age 42) of Port Byron, IL., was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with no valid drivers license and he was also arrested on a Knox County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of driving on a suspended drivers license.  He was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Friday, February 15th at 9:34P.M. Henry County Deputies investigated the report of a fight.  After initial investigation Deputies arrested Tracy Hofmann (age 48) of Geneseo, for the charge of disorderly conduct(unlawful use of 911).  She was issued a notice to appear in court and released.

 

-On Saturday, February 16th at 6:18P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 700 E 2nd St and arrested Yoninah Yisrael (age 31) of Kewanee, on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of retail theft.  She was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Saturday, February 16th at 8:57P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 304 W. Williams St. in Atkinson and arrested Philip Crowe (age 46) of South Elgin, IL., on a Lee County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of driving on a revoked drivers license.  Philip was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Sunday, February 17th at 10:39A.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a single vehicle traffic crash on Interstate 80 near Geneseo.  Minor injuries were reported.  The driver of the vehicle, Shelby Abrams (age 23) of Davenport, IA., was issued a citation for operating a vehicle with no valid registration.

 

-On Sunday, February 17th at 5:58P.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a traffic crash on County Highway 5 north of Galva.  Minor injuries were reported.  The driver of one of the vehicles, Hector Interial (age 63) of Kewanee, was issued a citation for driving too fast for conditions.

 

-On Monday, February 18th at 8:01P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on N. Park St. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Adam Jacobs (age 40) of Kewanee, was issued citations for operating a vehicle with expired registration, operating an uninsured vehicle, and unlawful possession of registration sticker.  A passenger in the vehicle, Alisha Nightingale (age 37) was arrested on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charges of aggravated battery, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and trespass.  Alisha was taken to the Henry County Jail.

Kewanee Police Arrests and Citations 02-15-19 to 02-18-19

At approximately 4:30 Pm on Friday, February 15th, Kewanee Police went to the 700 Block of Tenney Street on a Retail Theft call. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 29 year old Dustin JL Cole of Princeville on a Charge of Retail Theft. Also arrested was 18 year old Chance J Sally on a Tazewell County Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on a Juvenile Warrant. 

 

At approximately 7:11 Pm Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of East and Pleasant. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 29 year old Levi A Burcham of Kewanee for Failure to Properly Secure a Child Under 8 in Appropriate Child Restrain System. 

 

At approximately 8 Pm on Friday, Kewanee Police went to the area of the 800 Block of West 4th Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 27 year old Megan M Clayes of Kewanee on a Henry County Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on charges of Driving with No Insurance and Driving While License Suspended. Bond was posted.

Henry County Sheriff Arrests and Citations 02-15-19

-On Friday, February 15th at 2:55A.M. Henry County Deputy responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle on N 650Ave west of Kewanee.  After initial investigation Deputy arrested the driver of the vehicle, Seth Bainbridge (age 19) of Galva, for DUI, driving on a revoked drivers license, operating an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, improper parking on the roadway, and resisting or obstructing a police officer.  Seth was issued a notice to appear in court and released to be treated at St. Luke's Hospital in Kewanee.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-15-19

-On Tuesday, February 12th at 6:27P.M. Henry County Cambridge Division Deputy went to the business at 117 N. Prospect St. in Cambridge to investigate the complaint of a violation of order of protection.  After initial investigation Deputy arrested Lucas Johnson (age 24) of Cambridge and issued him a notice to appear in court for the charge of violation of an order of protection.

 

-On Tuesday, February 12th at 11:29P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 219 N. Center Ave. in Galva and arrested Nikki Jeanguenat (age 24) of Kewanee on a Warren County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of obstructing identification.  Nikki was taken to the Henry County Jail.

Kewanee Police Blotter 02-13-19 to 02-14-19

At approximately 3:44 Pm, Kewanee Police responded to a traffic accident in the area of the 600 Block of East 5th Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police investigated an accident involving Robin M Hampton of Kewanee whose vehicle struck a parked, unattended vehicle owned by Lilibet Rodriguez of Kewanee. There is no word whether anyone was hurt in the accident or how police resolved the accident. 

 

At approximately 6:01 Pm, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 300 Block of Tenney Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police arrested 23 year old Donald L Washington of East Moline for Obstructing Identification.

9Kewanee Police Arrest and Citation Report 02-12-19 to 02-13-19

At approximately 7:09 Am Kewanee Police were called to the area of the 900 Block of North Chestnut Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 29 year old Cassandra L Bryner of Kewanee for Violation of an Order of No Contact/Stalking. Bryner was taken to the Henry County Jail. 

 

At approximately 1:09 Pm Kewanee Police were called to the area of the 1000 Block of North Grace Avenue regarding a Domestic Disturbance. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 21 year old Paige Garrigan of Kewanee on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear in court on a charge of Retail Theft. Unable to post bond, Garrigan was taken to the Henry County Jail. 

 

At approximately 3:04 Pm Kewanee Police and Emergency Personnel were called to the area of the 300 Block of Boss Street regarding an emergency situation. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 25 year old Joshua West of Kewanee on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear on original charge of Resisting Arrest, Battery and Trespass to Land. Unable to post bond, West was taken to the Henry County Jail. 

 

At approximately 10:23 Pm Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 600 Block of North Main Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 24 year old Drew A Maxwell of Kewanee for Improper Use of Registration, No Valid Registraiton, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

Kewanee Police Blotter 02-11-19 to 02-12-19

At approximately 9:04 Am Kewanee Police went to the area of the 400 Block of East 2nd Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police cited 63 year old Donald A Gavin of Kewanee for Littering. 

 

At approximately 9:20 Am Kewanee Police responded to a traffic accident involving Jeffrey Hanson and Sidney B Uitermarkt. No other information has been made available. 

 

At approximately 10:05 Am Kewanee Police executed an In-State Warrant in the area of the 300 Block of East 3rd Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 23 year old Dallas R Kuykendall of Kewanee on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear in court on a charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

 

At approximately 7:51 Pm Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 7th and East Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 23 year old Tristan A Petterson of Kewanee for an Expired Registration.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-11-19

-On Thursday, February 7th at 7:24A.M. Henry County Sheriff's Office received a complaint of a school bus stop-arm violation.  After investigation Deputy issued a citation to a 16 year old driver for passing a school bus that loading/unloading children.

 

-On Friday, February 8th at 10:09P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on W. Central Blvd. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Chase Kida (age 24) of Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear in court for possession of cannabis.

 

-On Friday, February 8th at 10:43P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on E 2nd St. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Stephanie Mitchell-Davis (age 37) of Kewanee, was issued notice to appear citations for driving on a suspended drivers license, operating an uninsured vehicle, and failure to transfer registration.

 

-On Saturday, February 9th at 12:00A.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Monroe St. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Willie Flores-Allende (age 38) of Kewanee, was issued notice to appear citations for driving on a suspended drivers license, and also a criminal notice to appear for obstructing justice.

 

-On Saturday, February 9th at 7:15P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Hope Way in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Charmane Roddy (age 27) of Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear citation for driving on a suspended drivers license.

 

-On Saurday, February 9th at 9:42P.M. Henry County Deputies responded to 1712 N. Main St. in Kewanee to investigate the complaint of loud noise at that residence.  After initial investigation Deputies issued notices to appear in court for the charge of unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor to Carlos Palma (age 18) of Kewanee, Laini Schaefer (age 18) of Kewanee, Raven Clawson (age 19) of Kewanee, and Julio Fontanez (age 19) of Kewanee.  Two other juveniles were also issued notices to appear in court for the same charge.

 

-On Sunday, February 10th at 12:02A.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Main St. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Manuel Pinion (age 24) of Kewanee, was issued notice to appear citations for driving on a suspended drivers license and illegal transportation of alcohol.

 

-On Sunday, February 10th at 4:01A.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on N. Main St. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Edgar Burnett (age 23) of Kewanee, was issued notice to appear citations for expired registration, illegal transportation of alcohol, and DUI.

Kewanee Police Arrest and Citation Report 02-09-19 to 02-11-19

At approximately 5:25 Pm on Saturday, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of Lyle and Main. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 64 year old David R Keener of Altona for Operating a Vehicle with Spray Painted Registration Plates. 

 

At approximately 5:43 Pm on Saturday, Kewanee Police went to the scene of an accident in the area of the 700 Block of Morton Avenue. At the scene, Kewanee Police found an accident in which a vehicle operated by Douglas J Hilgendorf of Kewanee had struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Devon L Abbott. No one was hurt in the accident and no citations were issued. 

 

At approximately 1:04 Am on Sunday morning, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of Washington and New. Kewanee. In that stop, Kewanee Police arrested 20 year old Donald J Shaw of Kewanee on multiple charges including Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes and Needles. Shaw was also arrested on an outstanding Bureau County warrant for Failure to Appear in court on a charge of Obstruction. Also cited in that stop was 34 year old Matthew J Daulton of Kewanee, cited for Improper Display of Sticker. 

 

At approximately 9:53 Am Kewanee Police were called to the scene of an accident in the area of the 1500 Block of Railroad Avenue. At the scene, Kewanee Police found a vehicle driven by Frank L Smith of Kewanee had struck a raccoon. No humans were injured and no citations were issued. 

 

At approximately 4:04 Pm on Sunday, Kewanee Police were called to the scene of an accident in the area of the 2000 Block of Kentville Road. At the scene, police found a single vehicle accident. Kristen M Daniels of of Pekin, Illinois was involved in the single vehicle accident. No one was injured in the accident and no citations were issued. 

 

At approximately 7:10 on Sunday night, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of the 600 Block of Midland. In that stop, Kewanee Police arrested 23 year old Chandler J Cantwell of Kewanee for Driving While Suspended.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-07-19

-On Wednesday, February 6th at 9:00A.M. Henry County Correctional Deputy working in booking arrested  Melinda Blanks (age 30) of Kewanee for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.  She is being held at the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Wednesday, February 6th at 10:02P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 120 Fairview Homes in Kewanee and arrested Carol Britt (age 50) of Kewanee on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of operating a vehicle with no insurance.  Carol was issued a notice to appear and released.

 

-On Wednesday, February 6th at 10:26P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Payson St. in Kewanee.  The driver of vehicle, Ryan Nowak (age 20) of Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear citation for driving on a suspended drivers license.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-06-19

-On Monday, February 4th at 7:41A.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a single vehicle traffic crash on Tower Rd. in rural Kewanee.  No injuries were reported.  The driver of the vehicle, Whitney Stromson (age 24) of Rio, IL., was issued a citation for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

 

-On Tuesday, February 5th at 8:50P.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Il. Hwy. 81 west of Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Donald Ensley (age 32) of Galva, was issued a citation for driving without lights when required.  Donald was also arrested for obstruction of justice and possession of a weapon by a felon. A passenger in the vehicle, Melinda Blanks (age 30) of Kewanee, was arrested for possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and possession of hypodermic syringe.  Another passenger in the vehicle, Rachel Knott (age 29) of Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and obstructing justice as well as a Warren County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of driving under the influence of drugs.  All subjects were taken to the Henry County Jail.

Kewanee Police Arrests and Citations 02-05-19 to 02-06-19

eAt approximately 1:18 Pm on Tuesday, Anastasia M Crowe arrived at the Kewanee Police Department to turn herself in on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on charges of Speeding and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was posted. 

 

At approximately 2:52 Pm on Tuesday, Kewanee Police were called to the scene of an accident in the area of the 200 Block of East Central Boulevard. The accident involved vehicles driven by Dean T Olson and Angela M Parks. No one was injured in the accident and no citations were issued. 

 

At approximately 3:28 Pm on Tuesday, Kewanee Police arrested Shawn D Lowry. Lowry had gone to the Kewanee Police Department to Register as a Sex Offender when he was arrested on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Failure to Provide Animal Care.

Kewanee Police Arrest and Citation Report 02-04-19 to 02-05-19

At approximately 2:02 Pm Kewanee Police responded to the scene of an accident in the area of Houle and Tenney Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police found an accident involving 19 year old Devon Roach of Toulon had struck a vehicle driven by Bonnie Fansler of Bradford. Kewanee Police Arrests and Citatios 02-01-19 to 02-04-19

At approximately 9:14 Am on Friday, Kewanee Police went to the 400 East 3rd Street to execute an In-State Warrant. At the scene, Kewanee Police arrested 23 year old Chrysten D Richardson of Kewanee on a Macon County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Driving on a Suspened License. Bond was posted and he was released. 

 

At approximately 9:56 Am on Friday, Kewanee Police investigated a traffic accident in the area of the 100 Block of 2nd Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police found an accident involving vehicles driven by 19 year old Ethan J Price and 76 year old Gary L Thurston. No one was injure and no citations were issued. 

 

At approximately 2:51 Pm Kewanee Police were called to the site of an accident in the area of the 400 Block of West Central Boulevard. At the scene, Kewanee Police found an accident involving 68 year old Timothy A Hamilton and 23 year old Jenny Madrid. No one was injured and no citations were issued. 

 

At approximately 10:20 Pm on Friday, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of West and Zang. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 45 year old Jason Young of Kewanee for Operating a Vehicle with an Expired Registration.

 

At approximately 4:54 Pm on Saturday, Kewanee Police were called to the site of a Hit and Run Accident in the area of 100 Block of East South Street. At the scene, Kewanee Police cited 68 year old Enrique G Escareno of Kewanee for Failure to Give Information after an Accident. 

 

At approximately 11:32 Pm on Sunday Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of 3rd and Tremont Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 18 Jaylen G Conley of Kewanee for Disobeying a Stop Sign and Excess Noise from his Vehicle Sound System. 

 

At approximately 11:59 Pm on Sunday, Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of 2nd and Tremont. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited 19 year old Alizah J Crockett for Disobeying a Stop Sign. 

 

At approximately 12:08 Am on Monday Kewanee Police made a traffic stop in the area of Lake and May Street. In that stop, Kewanee Police cited a 16 year old Female Driver for Operating in Violation of a Restricted Permit.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-04-19

-On Friday, February 1st at 3:28A.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on W. Central Blvd. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Matthew Daulton (age 34) of Kewanee was issued citations for disobeying a stop sign and obstructed registration.  He was also issued a notice to appear in court for possession of methamphetamine.

 

-On Friday, February 1st at 5:55A.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a single vehicle traffic crash on Il. Hwy. 81 west of Cambridge.  No injuries were reported.  The driver of the vehicle, Jacob Robinder (age 20) of Kewanee, was issued a citation for driving too fast for conditions.

 

-On Friday, February 1st at 6:40A.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a traffic crash on Il. Hwy. 82 south of Geneseo.  A citation was issued to Aaron Metcalf (age 23) of Geneseo for disobeying a stop sign.

 

-On Friday, February 1st at 6:19P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 124 Fairview Homes in Kewanee and arrested Jeremy DeBord (age37) of Kewanee on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of reckless driving.  Jeremy was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Friday, February 1st at 10:11P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 99 Fairview Homes in Kewanee and arrested Jorge Ramirez (age 19) of Kewanee on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of retail theft.  Jorge posted bond and was released.

 

-On Saturday, February 2nd at 6:10P.M. Henry County Deputy went to 513 Elliot St in Kewanee and arrested Stacy VanWinkle (age 34) of Kewanee on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charge of retail theft and criminal trespass as well as a Stark County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charges of possession of hypodermic syringe, improper lane usage, registration violation, and possession of cannabis.  Stacy posted bond and was released.

Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 02-01-19

-On Sunday, January 27th at 1:10P.M. Henry County Orion Division Deputy made a traffic stop on 11th Ave in Orion.  The driver of the vehicle, Donald Keegan (age 48) of Orion, was issued notice to appear citations for operating an uninsured vehicle, operating a vehicle with suspended registration due to mandatory insurance violation, and driving on a suspended drivers license.

 

-On Sunday, January 27th at 3:41P.M. Henry County Orion Division Deputy made a traffic stop on U.S. Hwy. 150 south of Orion.  The driver of the vehicle, Lora Colwell (age 62) of Wataga, was issued notice to appear citations for driving on a suspended drivers license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  Lora was also issued civil notice to appear citations for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

-On Thursday, January 31st at 8:46A.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Maple St. in Cleveland, IL.  After initial investigation Deputies arrested Chad Davis (age 34) of Cleveland, IL for domestic battery.  Chad was taken to the Henry County Jail.

 

-On Friday, February 1st at 1:35A.M. Henry County Deputy made a traffic stop on Tremont St. in Kewanee.  The driver of the vehicle, Timothy Porter (age 53) of Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear citation for driving on a suspended drivers license.  A passenger in the vehicle, Melvin Shine (age 61) of Kewanee, was arrested for obstructing justice as well as a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court for the original charge of domestic battery.  Melvin was taken to the Henry County Jail.
