The two become fast friends but must battle other not so friendly giants intent on hunting and eating humans. Here's my review of The BFG.

Regional Media Movie Review Microbe and Gasoline

Director Michel Gondry (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) directs a pair of teenagers on a quite unique road trip in Microbe and Gasoline available on most On Demand services beginning July 1st. Daniel (Ange Dargent) is nicknamed Microbe because of his slight stature and shyness. Theo is called Gasoline because he likes to work on engines. Together with Daniel's rather brilliant art skills and Theo's knack for building, they build one of the more unique vehicles in film history. And thus begins a fabulously French summer road trip. Here's my review of Microbe and Gasoline.
