A bill in the Illinois Statehouse has raised many questions as to how in-state Colleges in Illinois will be affected. So called Universal Acceptance is a plan that would have in-state schools automatically accepting students who graduate in the top 10% of their High School class. This has raised many questions from Universities as to just how such a law would affect them.
