Governor-elect JB Pritzker takes office in less than a month and a central Illinois lawmaker is anticipating a big change coming soon upon his inauguration. State Senator Chapin Rose anticipates the legalization of marijuana quickly under the Governor, however, he has his reservations about the proposal.

Sen. Rose says his biggest concern is the likelihood of increased DUI arrests. He was once a DUI prosecutor and points to Colorado where traffic accidents are up since the passage of their marijuana legislation and fears injuries will increase as a result.
