When does a judge cross the line? That was the main topic on today's edition of the Open Line on WKEI. A judge has sentenced a man convicted of poaching deer to one year in prison and as a condition of his prison time, he must watch the movie, Bambi once a month for 12 months. Naturally, this story is going viral and it led to a discussion of how far are judges allowed to go and how much longer is it until a judge truly crosses a line in their attempt to go viral. There was also talk of Porch Pirates as well, those criminals who steal packages off of the doorstep of unsuspecting citizens.
