Have fun, show off your smarts and support the Black Hawk College East Campus Science and Math Club at the club's Trivia Night on Saturday, April 1.
Teams may have up to 10 members. Cost is $10 per person.
Doors will open at 5 p.m. The event will begin at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria at the East Campus.
There will be prizes for the winning team and other door prizes for participants.
Participants may bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
To reserve a spot, contact Briana Mills at 309-854-1816 or email@example.com.
The Science and Math Club works hard to spark the interest of young students in all areas of science and mathematics. Trivia Night proceeds will be used to continue to grow the club’s vigorous youth outreach program in area schools.
Money raised also helps fund math- and science-related trips for club members. In the past, students have visited the Field Museum in Chicago, the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago and the Peoria Zoo and Arboretum.
