As congress gets set for an expected vote today on the repeal and replace of the Affordable Care Act a Senator from Illinois says he’d be surprised if the bill doesn’t pass. Congressional Republicans are getting ready for an afternoon vote after one planned for Thursday fell through after members of the freedom caucus made it clear they would not support the original plan. US Senator Dick Durbin notes when the President says it’s time to pass the bill it always happens.
