Daylight Savings Time returns this weekend.

The time change officially occurs on Sunday morning at 2 o’clock although most people will set their clocks ahead one hour before going to bed on Saturday night.

The time change means that we will lose one hour in the process and will create a later sunset in the summer. It also means that the wake up call will be especially tough on Monday morning.

Daylight Savings Time has expanded by a couple of months over the last several years with Central Standard Time returning on November 5th.
