The Henry County Republicans announce plans for their 30th annual Lincoln Day Dinner for Saturday, March 25th in Kewanee. This year they will celebrate Republican victories from the White House, State House and the Court House.
Henry County Republican Chairman Jan Weber says the fundraiser will be held at the Broken Chimney Restaurant at 618 Tenney Street in Kewanee.
Special guests for the evening will include State Senator Neil Anderson, Moline; State Senator Chuck Weaver, Peoria; State Representative Tony McCombie, Savanna and State Representative Dan Swanson, Alpha. They will be joined by many of the Henry County elected officials and candidates for April consolidated elections.
Tickets for the event are available from Republican precinct committeeman or by contacting the party headquarters at 309-944-6463. Tickets are $40 per person and advance reservations are requested. Events begin on March 25 with a 5 pm social hour and dinner and program to begin at 6 pm.
