As the weather finally begins to warm up, the Illinois Department of Transportation is urging motorcyclists to be careful and “ride smart.” Riders are anxious to get out on the open road but are more likely to get into an accident. Riders should make sure they wear high-visibility clothing, a helmet and eye protection and take advantage of I-DOT’s free motorcycle training programs. Find more safety tips online at:
