The Heat's quest for a third straight NBA Championship began by locking up Derrick Rose and the Bulls, 107-95, at AmericanAirlines Arena. Miami held Rose to 12 points on 4-of-15 shooting and five turnovers in his return to the court after missing all of last season. LeBron James led a balanced Heat attack with 17 points, eight assists and six rebounds. The Heat went on a 31-to-5 run in the first half that Chicago was never able to recover from. Jimmy Butler posted a game-high 20 points in the loss. The Bulls try to rebound hosting the Knicks tomorrow.
