Cards Clip Brewers

Pete Kozma's two-run single capped a six-run third inning and the Cardinals held on to edge the Brewers, 6-5, in the opener of a four-game set.  Allen Craig also had a two-run single and later scored in the big inning for the Redbirds, who have won three straight.  Jake Westbrook tossed six innings of one-run ball to improve to 2-and-1.  Edward Mujica allowed a run in the ninth, but held on for his seventh save.  The Cards and Brewers continue the series tonight.
