Hawks Put Out Flames

The Blackhawks scored twice in the opening period and never looked back in a 3-1 win over Calgary.  Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews found the net in the first and Marcus Kruger scored in the third helping Chicago improve to 36-6-and-5.  Corey Crawford had 25 saves in the victory for the Hawks, while Joe MacDonald racked up 35 for Calgary.  Chris Butler fired in a shorthanded goal in the loss, as the Flames ended the regular season 19-24-and-4 overall.
