Dirk Nowitzki looks to finish off his illustrious career with the Dallas Mavericks after the two sides agreed on a three-year contract on Thursday. According to an ESPN report, the deal is believed to be in the $30 million range and will maintain his no-trade clause from the previous contract he signed in 2010. The 12-time All Star will return to the Mavs after spending all of his 16 NBA seasons in Dallas. He recorded 21.7 points and 6.2 rebounds in 80 games last season before getting bounced in the first round of the playoffs by the eventual champion San Antonio Spurs. Nowitzki, the 2006-07 NBA Most Valuable Player, led the Mavericks to their first NBA title in 2011 en route to the Finals MVP. For his career, the German forward has averaged 22.5 points and 8.1 rebounds, shooting 47.6 percent from the field and 87.9 percent from the free throw line over 1,188 games.
