Bolsinger struck out seven and gave up just an unearned run in six-and-two-thirds innings. He also drove in a run for his first career RBI. Addison Reed notched his fifth save out of the pen. Miguel Montero had two hits and two RBI for the Snakes, who earned a split of the four-game series. Former D'backs pitcher Edwin Jackson took the loss to fall to 1-and-2. He gave up three runs on five hits in seven innings of work. Anthony Rizzo hit a solo homer for Chicago.
