Auliece A. Olson, 82, of Toulon, died at 7:20 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
Auliece was born August 16, 1930, in Castleton, Illinois, the daughter of Robert and Freeda Sanders Leadley. She married Junior Olson on August 11, 1967, in Toulon. He died September 16, 2002.
Surviving are three daughters, Sandy (Danny) Blakey and Janet (Rob) Kamerer both of Toulon, and Sherry Landergren of Kewanee; three step-daughters, Sherry (Don) Allen of Texas, and Karen (Frank) Quanstrom and Lois (Ron) Horton both of Kewanee; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Doris Plotner of Bradford, and Gayle Harrison and Carole Fischer both of Missouri. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lois Chapman, and a brother, Franklin Leadley.
Auliece enjoyed quilting, knitting, crocheting, garage sales and putting puzzles together.
Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Toulon Funeral Home. Rev. Al Harmon will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to memorial service at the funeral home. Burial of ashes will be at a later date in Toulon Cemetery.
