No Reform? Quinn Suspends Pay For Self, Lawmakers

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn is hitting lawmakers where it hurts for their inability to pass a state pension reform bill.  Quinn said he's suspending all wages to Illinois legislators until a pension plan for state employees is passed.  Quinn said he's also suspending his own pay because until a reform bill is passed, the state will remain in a quote, "crisis."  The Governor's office says legislators in Illinois are paid 67-thousand-dollars annually.
