Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Rauner is making one last push to get term limits put on the November ballot. Rauner is facing a Friday deadline to get the question on the ballot. He's also facing a ruling by a Cook County judge who ruled the question was not constitutional. Rauner says the people of Illinois want term limits. He says more than half-a-million people signed petitions to put term limits on the ballot. Rauner disagrees with the judge and says the amendment is constitutional.
