An Illinois State Trooper is making national headlines after a truck driver called him out for driving recklessly. The trooper pulled the trucker over on an Illinois interstate recently and planned to write a ticket because the trucker had blown his horn at him. The trucker says he sounded off at the trooper because he was speeding and using his cell phone in rainy weather. The trooper denies both of those claims but let the trucker off. Some say he changed his tune after he found out the trucker was recording him but a spokesperson for the state police says that's not the case.
